Addressing a VERY important issue regarding Impact Play

Let me start by stating my opinion on this. Impact play (usually) falls under RACK (Risk Aware Consensual Kink) which means that this type of play is potentially dangerous and holds risks.
Definition: Impact play is a category of BDSM that uses the sensations triggered by spanking, flogging, tools, and toys that inflict pain and can cause bruising. Many types of play in BDSM hold risks and some are greater than others.
My issue that is currently stressing me out is the misuse and lack of education and safety measures during impact play. Recently, one of my subs sent me a picture of a Domme's sub with red and blue bruises all over the areas that she should NOT be touching especially with that type of force and intensity. Look at the attached photo and link where to hit and where not to. The sub just thought that this Domme was sadistic and had no idea that what she did was potentially dangerous and can be life threatening. You should never hit the spine, never hit the kidneys and stay away from nerves, arteries, and important veins! And he believed that this was okay...this was impact...he believed that she knows better because a lot of times these subs...they look up to us. Many times, its through us that they learn from or at least practice what they learned with us.
As usual, I'm not saying that the sub is exempt from responsibility but remember that you have the power. You are the one who holds most of the responsibility and accountability so you should at least know what you're doing.
Let me reiterate this: An inexperienced Domme should not be diving deep into RACK without knowledge and a couple years of experience depending on the situation.
